  • Provides strategic leaderships for GICC members to meet the community’s goals and needs through objectively and impartially facilitating the required decision making process and liaise, support and advise on the ongoing activities of the community.
  • Represents GICC with third parties and acts as a spokesperson.
  • Supports the treasurer in the budget preparations related to the GICC activities and needs and investigates funding alternatives.
  • Plans for recruitment and renewal of the Management Committee.

  • Advises on managing and controlling GICC’s future funds and resources.
  • Implements a secure collection system.
  • Sets up and maintains GICC legal entity
  • Proposes annual membership fee based upon (management committee) agreed value proposition
  • Sets up annual accounts and files tax returns as required
  • Reports to membership in an open and transparent way on finances – income and expenditure.

  • Drafts, discusses and proposes GICC events calendar.
  • Ensures GICC meetings are effectively organised and manages the records and administration of the GICC Management Committee’s core decisions and activities.
  • Circulates minutes and manages appropriate correspondence with third parties.

 

 

 


Web & Communication Leader: Yaron Spektor (email | Linkedin)

  • In charge of coordination and implementation of the GICC communication  and newsletter.
  • Identifies the resources for implementation, development and ongoing maintenance of the GICC web portal.

 

 

 

 


Brand & Vision Leader: Peter Schwarzer (email | Linkedin)

  • Manages the process of developing GICC’s mission and vision statement and advises on how to utilize and grow the GICC brand for its stakeholders.

 

 

 

Continuous Learning Leader: Katherine Twaddell (email | Linkedin)

  • Identifies continuous learning objectives and develops and implements learning and training experiences for the GICC members.
  • Opens up dialogue with institutions and third parties to support the initiatives.
  • Cooperates with the Web Leader(s) in the creation of a lifelong learning platform.

  • Creates and facilitates the onboarding process of new GICC members by developing and implementing the “group identity”.
  • Manages event and focus groups and new projects and organises GICC’s social events.
