Yaron Spektor is a Lecturer, Group Facilitator and Coach, specializing in leading and supporting Transition Processes in life and at work. Yaron heads a community of 12,000 participants where he teaches how to develop and use resilience to lead, thrive and inspire during times of change. Yaron is best known for blending his scientific and theoretical knowledge with practical experience to help leaders become more focused, effective, and developed on a personal and professional level. With his clear insight and calm demeaner Yaron helps career professionals connect to and bring out their best possible selves. Yaron graduated his M.Sc. at the Technion, he is an INSEAD certified coach and will soon graduate his Executive Master in Change degree at INSEAD. When Yaron is not busy teaching and coaching you will find him practicing Yoga, preparing for his next marathon, or enjoying time with his family playing board games and watching Star Wars movies.
